Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope that you love everything you have purchased from Pins and Needles, however if you do change your mind you can return it to us in the original condition within 7 days and we will provide you with a refund (excluding the postage)
Unfortunately cut fabric lengths are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Before returning any items, please ensure they are still new, unused and within the original intact packaging. Please note, we are unable to accept returns of fabric or yarn which smell of smoke/fires or have animal hair on them. We are also unable to accept returns of any used goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post we recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery.
Once we have received your return we will process your refund within three working days.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods Policy
We ensure each of our products is checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will cover the postage cost of returning the goods to us and provide you with a full refund or exchange. Prior to returning your goods please contacts us on 01428 608817 with a description of the fault so we can give you a returns code.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do not currently provide international delivery as standard, but if you would like us to look at this for you please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
How do I return an item?
Subject to our returns policy, if you do send back an item you will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the goods. Please contact us prior to trying to return any item.
How do I check fabric colours?
All images on our website are supplied by our suppliers. We work hard to ensure that these images represent your chosen fabric; however different screen settings mean that we cannot guarantee what you see is the exact colour you will receive. We cannot accept returns for colours not being as expected. If you have any concerns then we would recommend visiting our Grayshott store prior to making your purchase.
Can I cancel an order?
For all fabric orders, we cannot cancel or refund an order once the fabric has been cut. Should you want to cancel an order you have made, please call us on 01428 608817 as soon as possible.
I have bought yarn, how do I check it will be the same colour as the yarn I already have?
Due to the nature of how yarn is dyed, should you purchase any yarn from us on two separate occasions we cannot guarantee it will be the same dye lot as your previous purchase. If you are trying to match your yarn dye lot please contact us prior to purchase quoting the batch number on your existing yarn label and we will check against our stock.
What are your delivery options?
We offer standard delivery or signed for. Both options will be available at checkout.
